Blueprinter Inc. ("we", "us") runs blueprinter.ca and sells Human Design readings. This page explains, in plain language, what the readings website and our readings collect, where it goes and how long we keep it. The InnerQuest app has its own policy: InnerQuest Privacy Policy.

You order and pay on Etsy. Etsy and its payment processors handle your payment, and we never see your card details. Etsy's own privacy policy applies to your Etsy account and purchase. We receive the order details Etsy sends us, including the personalization you enter (birth name, birth date and time, birth place).
After ordering you get a link to our questions page at reports.blueprinter.ca, where you can add your answers. That server keeps its own standard access logs (no form contents). Those logs are rotated by size and kept as up to five files; unlike blueprinter.ca, no fixed day limit is set in the server config.
Your chart is calculated with Swiss Ephemeris astronomical data, not with AI. The written reading is prepared with AI assistance, which means your birth details, chart and answers are processed by an AI service to help draft the text. Every reading is checked before it's sent. Your finished reading is emailed to you as a PDF through our Gmail account.
Some older orders were taken through a Stripe payment link. Our order system still reads (read-only) those Stripe checkouts to fulfil them. Stripe's privacy policy applies to those payments.
The free chart at /free-chart sends your birth date, time and place to our server. The chart is calculated with Swiss Ephemeris, no AI. We save the details listed above. If you enter your email but don't tick the consent box, we don't use it to contact you.
To find the coordinates and time zone of your birth place, our server sends the place text to Nominatim, the OpenStreetMap place search run by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (privacy policy). Nominatim sees the place text and our server's address, not yours.
Like most web servers, ours keeps standard access logs for blueprinter.ca: your IP address, the time, the address requested, the response status and your browser type. They're deleted after 14 days. We also build anonymized, aggregate visit counts from these logs (IP addresses anonymized, no cookies).
Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, in a data centre in Nuremberg, Germany. Your data is processed there, which may be outside your country.
We don't sell or rent personal information, share it for advertising, or track you across other websites. This website has no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Our business page at /business/ has no forms and collects nothing beyond the server logs above.
Email blueprinterunlimited@gmail.com with the subject "Data request" and we'll delete your order, reading or free-chart details and reply within 30 days. Etsy keeps its own records of your purchase.
Our readings aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, tell us and we'll delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or complain to your data protection authority. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
If this policy changes, we'll post the update here with a new effective date.
