Cancel a subscription

Apple handles all billing. 1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad. 2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions. 3. Tap InnerQuest Premium, then Cancel Subscription.

You can also open InnerQuest > Settings > Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. To cancel a free trial without being charged, cancel before the trial ends.

Restore a purchase

Sign in to the same Apple Account you bought with, open InnerQuest > Settings > Restore Purchases. This brings back Premium and the Career Report on a new device.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com

Delete your data

• In the app: Settings > Delete account. This removes your account, charts and friends from our servers within 30 days.
• By email: write to blueprinterunlimited@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my InnerQuest data" from your account email.
• Journal entries are stored only on your phone. Deleting the app removes them.
• Deleting your account doesn't cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it first (see above).

Unknown birth time

Choose "I don't know". We use 12:00 PM and mark the parts that depend on birth time. You can edit your birth time later in Settings.
