InnerQuest Terms of Use

Effective date: October 19, 2026

These terms are between you and Blueprinter ("InnerQuest", "we", "us") for the InnerQuest app.

1. Apple's standard license

Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . Apple isn't responsible for the app and has no duty to support it.

2. What InnerQuest is

InnerQuest calculates a chart from birth details and gives career and self-reflection content, a daily line, a 30-day plan and compatibility cards. It is for reflection only. It makes no predictions and isn't medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional career advice. You make your own decisions.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your account any time in Settings > Delete account.

4. Friends you add

Only enter another person's birth details if they agreed. You're responsible for having that agreement. We don't contact people you add.

5. InnerQuest Premium (auto-renewing subscriptions)

6. One-time purchases

Career Report ($19.99 USD) is a one-time purchase you keep; Restore Purchases brings it back on another device. Compatibility Deep-Dive ($9.99 USD) is a consumable purchase: each purchase unlocks one report for one pair of people, and you buy it again for each new pair. Reports you have unlocked stay in your account.

7. Refunds

Apple handles all payments and refunds: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

8. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the app, attack or overload our servers, scrape content, or use it to build a competing service.

9. Content

App text, designs and reports belong to Blueprinter or its licensors. You may keep and share your own results and share cards for personal use. Journal entries are yours.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Your consumer law rights still apply.

11. Changes and ending the service

We may update these terms and will post the new version with a new date. If we shut down the app, Apple handles active subscriptions.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, unless the consumer law where you live gives you other rights.
